你是天邊一道虹 You are the rainbow companying the sky
—— 悼念楊绛先生 In memory of Yang Jiang
今天我飛馳般浏覽無數次刷屏，
Today messages gushes out the phone of mine,
疑惑是昨天北京雨後的彩虹，
Wouldn't it be in Beijing,
the rainbow rarely seen in the sky,
誰料到天上隕落一顆閃爍的明星，
Who knows it’s the falling of a burnt-out star,
劃破這天空的甯靜。
Breaking the peace of the summer night.

這是大自然的回聲，
This is the echo of the nature,
那分明是藝術造極的頂峰，
And the marked peak of the art;
這是105歲生與死的輾轉，
It is the samsara of life and death，
這該是你們仨在天堂的圓夢……
The gathering of you three in the heaven.
輕輕地你走了，
Very Quietly, you take your leave,
仿佛那天上逝去的虹，
As quietly as the the rainbow fade,
和誰都不爭。
Living a simple life.
你曾隱身在自己的小天地裏，
You stay in your own space,
獨享這人世間的安靜。
Enjoy the peace of the world.
天天看葉子變化，
Watching the prospering of leaves,
時時聽鳥兒啼鳴，
Listening the singing of birds.
你說，從憂患中汲取智慧，
You said:
Drawing the wisdom from sufferings,
從傷痛中塑造美德，
Shaping the virtue from pains.
這才是人應有的良知和靈性。
That is conscience and intelligence that man should retain,
輕輕地你走了，
Very quietly, you take your leave,
仿佛像那天上的虹，
As quietly as the rainbow fade,
和誰都不爭。
Living a simple life.
尊敬的楊绛先生——
Worthy Yang Jiang,
你曆經多少坎坷驿站，
You experienced such a rough life,
一路灑下的都是離別傷情。
Shedding tears for departing and heart-breaking.
你分明走到人生的邊緣，
You have stepped to the edge of the life,
爲何卻顯得如此平靜，
But still with a peaceful mind.
平靜地清點著自己靈魂的行囊，
You pack the luggage of your soul,
行囊中有錢鍾書的往事與塵封。
Sealing the memory of your beloved one.
輕輕地你走了，
Very quietly you take your leave,
仿佛像那天上的虹，
As quietly as the the rainbow fade,
和誰都不爭。
Living a simple life.
回家團聚吧，
Get the reunion with your family,
最賢的妻，最才的女，
The most virtuous wife and the most talented lady,
鍾書呼喚你……
You beloved one is calling for you,
山河爲你哽咽，
Mountains and rivers is crying for you,
彩虹爲你停歇。
The rainbow is staying for you.
從此，我們失去一位良師，
From now on, we lose a soul mentor;
從此，我國失去一位人傑！
From now on, our country loses a great mind!

深夜揮淚疾書緬懷今天淩晨
105歲化作彩虹的楊绛先生
點滴感悟:
人生的價值與靈魂的去向常常是一個人窮其一生也難悟透的，
可這些在楊绛先生有了簡單又准確的闡釋：
我住我世界，喜我所喜，愛我所愛，足矣。
記得季羨林先生說過：
“我們世界文化、中國文化能夠傳下去，還得靠幾個人甘心坐冷板凳的，趕熱潮那人多得很，坐冷板凳的人就少得很”，
兩位大師均以“靜”和“不爭”爲核心價值觀，實有異曲同工之妙，這與當前一些國人的浮躁形成鮮明對比。
他們的思想更與老子一脈相承，老子說:“上善若水。水善利萬物而不爭……
居善地，心善淵，與善仁，言善信，政善治，事善能，動善時。夫唯不爭故無尤。”
楊绛先生105年始終如一，獨善其身又兼濟天下，如此大氣大徹大悟，實在令我輩可敬、可望、可仰！
先生的人品之高貴，人格之魅力，是我們畢生學習的榜樣！
