斯議員總統顧問向中國人民拜年

拉塔納長老表示，中國的新年依據星相學而定，日月星辰的能量對人類、植物及一切生命產生影響。在這一喜慶時刻，我謹向中國政府和人民致以最美好的祝願。

拉塔納長老祝福原文如下：

“The Chinese New Year depends on astrology. The influences of the stars, moon and the sun and all this energy influences the people, plants,fuana and all other beings.

On this occasion, all the Chinese peopleare celebrating this joyous occasion and I wish to convey my best wishes to the Chinese people, the Chinese government and His Excellency the President, Xi Jinping.”
